Since yesterday I have become addicted to glasses with the right documents

I’ve noticed for a while that I get really tired if I spend more time on the phone. Then, over time, the various information on the packaging became inaccessible to me. Some texts I could read away from my eyes, about 50-60 cm, but others were too small to be read from such a great distance (the tiny texts on the labels, the ones written only because the legislation imposed).

The other day I went to an ophthalmologist and found out that I had what I already suspected: presbyopia.

I still don’t have to wear glasses all the time, even when I’m working on the computer or typing. I only wear them when I read books with very little text or when I have something to work on that puts my eyes to the test.
