We, as a nation, are a people of statornor men. We do not like to move home after work, but we prefer to seek work as close to home as possible. This is the main reason why the share of those who prefer to buy a dwelling is more net than those looking for a rental dwelling.
I tend to think things are going to change in the future years. The number of those who want to live from the rents will multiply, people will find it is better to move with your home looking for a better paid job and that you can do that!
